ID Requirements and Acceptable forms of ID
Before any transaction can be processed KYC and compliance measures have to be met. Please find below our requirements. A transaction will not be processed until our criteria has been met
|£1 TO £4,999||ONE PHOTO ID AND RECENT UTILITY BILL|
|£ 5,000 +||ONE PHOTO ID + RECENT PROOF OF ADDRESS + SOURCE OF FUND DOCUMENTS|
The above are guidelines set by HMRC and cannot be requested to be changed due to government guidelines.
If customer wishes to send £ 4999 we can apply Enhanced Due Dilligence measures and request for source of funds
Acceptable Forms of ID and proof of address
European ID with photo,
Leave to remain card
Proof of Address
Driving License – we will request a proof of address also if Driving ID is 3 months plus older
Utility Bill – Water, electricity, council tax, landline phone bills – all no less than 3 months old
Bank statement – no less than 3 months old,
Other proof’s – recent wage slips with address, official government and local council letters, NHS letter’s.
NOT ACCEPTABLE – credit card statements, mobile phone bills, store card statements,
Source of funds
Source of funds will be requested in the following circumstances:
Customer is wishing to send £ 5000 or more.
Customer will is set to breach £10,000 threshold limit within 12 months through regular transactions
Customer can be requested for proof of funds on any transaction when requested by Anjna Enterprise Ltd
Acceptable proofs of source of funds
Documents showing the sale of a legal asset (real estate)
Bank statement – latest statement showing customer has the income to transfer , we can request up to 6 months worth of bank statements if the amount is in excess of £10,000
Savings account – If customer has transferred from savings to bank account – this proof will be requested
